I do wake up with less frizziness on my hair and it's easier to manage in the mornings. I also like that you can tie it to your desired tightness. It's expensive but in my opinion it's definitely worth the price tag.

(I tie the tie off center so it doesn't bother me at night.) Now I can maintain my curls easily between washes, and they just get better. This cap was the best investment in my curls I've ever made.
