How to customize products and monogramme on products?

1.Customization

a.Silk Nightwear:

Just go to the product page and tick the cutomization form. And then fill your detailed measurements. Please note additional £20 will be charged as customization fee.

If you still have other special requirements, for example, you want to change the style of the sleepwear, you can simply leave a message on our website when you check out or contact us at service@lilysilk.com. We will reply to you within 24 hours on business days.

b. Silk Bedding

If you want to customize one of silk bedding, such as fitted sheets, pillowcases, please contact us at service@lilysilk.com before you place your order. We will make sure whether we can make that and ask the price of the customized products and if you can accept the price, we will send you the payment link. Please let us know immediately after you finish payment so that we can add the customized products and process your order as soon as possible.

2.Monogram

a.Silk Nightwear:

Just go to the product page and click the monogram box. And then enter the monogram text, select the font, select the thread color and then save monogramming. Default monograming position would be the right chest/bust. Please note extra £15 will be charged for each monogramed item.

Please contact us at service@lilysilk.com for any specific demands on quantity or position of monogramed items.

b. Silk Bedding


If you want to customize one of silk bedding, such as duvets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, please contact us at service@lilysilk.com before you place your order. When you offer the necessary information like momme weight, size, silk weight, etcs, We will make sure whether we can make that and ask the price of the customized products and if you can accept the price, we will send you the payment link. Please let us know immediately after you finish payment so that we can add the customized products and process your order as soon as possible.

Attention: All of the customized and monogrammed products cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.
